Shipping Policies
- All Mozzicato baked goods are shipped from our bakery in Hartford, Connecticut.
- All of our cookies are baked fresh daily. If an order will be delayed we will contact you 1) via email or 2) by telephone if you have provided your number.
- We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in baking our delicious confections. Allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Note that weekends and holidays are not business days. Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.
- 2 day air and next-day air shipping is available, please call 860-296-0426 and place your order by phone. These services will be available on the web site soon. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require additional service, please call 860-296-0426 and place your order by phone.
- We are not able to ship outside the United States or Canada nor are we able to ship to Post Office Boxes, APOs, or FBOs.
- We will not assume responsibility for incorrect addresses.
- We are not responsible for damages to packages which are driver released or released without a customer's authorization.

Return Policy If the product is not what you ordered or your cookies arrive damaged, please follow these steps.
- Call our customer service line to report damage within 24 hours
of receiving package. Customer service telephone is 860.296.0426.
- Save all product and all original packaging materials and boxes for inspection by UPS and/or for return to Mozzicatos.
We ask that you consider your order placement carefully. We only accept returns or issue credit for orders we pack incorrectly or packages damaged in transit.
